How to Place an Order
Payment: Terms for USA customers are Net 30, with a purchase order; we also accept major credit cards, checks or bank wire transfers. All orders from outside the USA must be prepaid unless other terms are established prior to ordering. Prepayments may be made via credit card, checks made to US funds, or bank wire transfer. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please visit our web store or call in your order. Multiple Film Discount: We offer a 15% discount on selected multiple film purchases. To use the discount coupon you must order two or more films with a combined shopping cart amount of $375.00 or more. This discount applies to purchases of our $125.00 and $250.00 films, but not the $85.00 films. Package deals are also excluded as they are already heavily discounted. If you call or fax your order in, or send it via our online order form, we will calculate the applicable discount for you. Web Store Discounts: We offer a 15% discount on selected multiple film purchases. To use the discount coupon you must order two or more films with a combined shopping cart amount of $375.00 or more. This discount applies to purchases of our $125.00 and $250.00 films, but not the $85.00 films. Package deals are also excluded as they are already heavily discounted. The coupon code is DSC15. Place the code in the proper place in the shopping cart and the discount will be automatically applied, providing that the contents of your shopping cart meet our discount criteria. Domestic Shipping: Orders to any point within the USA will be charged $11.00 for a single DVD. $1.50 will be added for each additional film shipped in the same order. There are no handling fees applied. Films should arrive within 5-10 business days. Shipments to international customers are by DHL, and the customer pays actual charges for shipment. RUSH deliveries are available for an extra charge. International Shipping: For international orders the shipping will be calculated separately and the total fee will be sent to the email address that you supply. Shipping costs vary from region to region. Because of these variances, online orders using our shopping cart option for international orders will not function correctly. Please call in your orders to our toll-free number or use this form to send your order to us via fax.) Returns: All film purchases are guaranteed for satisfactory condition and content. Unacceptable DVDs may be returned within 30 days. Returned DVDs must be free of scratches and fingerprints. Rental: All titles are available for rental. Rental rate is $50 per 7-day period. The renter pays shipping. In the case of the renter subsequently purchasing the film within 90 days of rental, the rental price is deducted from the purchase price. Rentals must be sent back to us by UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or certified mail for tracking purposes. Tax: Only California customers pay applicable sales tax on purchases. Backup Copies: Back up copies of films is $125 for DVD, plus shipping. Call us for quotes on multiple prints of the same program. Distance Learning, Digital, Duplication, Volume Discounts and Closed Circuit Television Rights: Special pricing is available.
